Continuing Obligations

For purposes of Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability & Indemnification, continuing obligations must be interpreted in context and not as a standalone promise or unrestricted right. Moris AI Schools may apply reasonable procedures that reflect the relevant program, service, Institution, User role, contractual scope, evidence, safety considerations, and requirements of applicable law. Users must act honestly, preserve relevant records, avoid misleading representations, and follow lawful instructions that are reasonably connected with administration of the applicable service. The fact that Moris AI Schools reviews, moderates, stores, transmits, or administratively processes material does not by itself mean that Moris AI Schools authored, endorsed, adopted, or independently verified that material. Moris AI Schools may request reasonable information or evidence where this is necessary to administer the service, protect Users, verify compliance, investigate a concern, or meet a legal obligation.

Any discretion described in this section must be exercised consistently with the governing agreement and mandatory law. It does not authorise arbitrary discrimination, retaliation, concealment of material facts, or avoidance of a legal duty. Where a concern can be corrected without disproportionate risk, Moris AI Schools may request correction or clarification before taking a more restrictive measure, but it is not required to delay urgent action needed for safety, security, fraud prevention, rights protection, or legal compliance.
