Intellectual Property, Copyright and Educational Content Rights

Read Moris AI Schools rules for copyright, course materials, learning content, student projects, licences, recordings, trademarks and infringement reporting.

01

Introduction and Scope

Moris AI Schools applies this policy to the relevant website, platform, account, program, service, institutional engagement or related interaction operated under Moris Media LLC. The policy must be read with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Data Protection and User Rights policy, and any written order, enrolment, proposal, statement of work or agreement that applies to the particular relationship.

Legal requirements can differ across United States. Where a mandatory requirement of applicable law gives a person a right or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, that requirement prevails to the extent of the conflict. Nothing in this policy is intended to remove a non-waivable statutory right.

Users, students, institutions, parents or guardians where applicable, authorised representatives and other participants must provide accurate information, use approved channels and cooperate with reasonable verification, security, compliance and record-keeping procedures. Materially false information, forged documents, impersonation, fraud or deliberate circumvention of controls may result in rejection, restriction, suspension, termination or other lawful action.
