01

Student Projects and User-Generated Content

This Student Projects & User-Generated Content Policy (the "Policy") explains the legal and operational rules applicable to student projects and user-generated content within Moris AI Schools. It should be read with the Terms & Conditions, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any program, institution, payment, internship, certificate, or service-specific terms that apply. Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. If a provision conflicts with a mandatory requirement of applicable law, the mandatory requirement applies to the extent of that conflict and the remaining provisions continue to operate to the fullest extent permitted. References to United States identify the jurisdictional variable used for publication and localisation and do not, by themselves, create a representation that every service is available in every location.

02

Definitions and Interpretation

For this Policy, "Moris AI Schools" means Moris Media LLC and the educational platform, websites, dashboards, learning environments, communications, programs, courses, counselling functions, internship workflows, institutional services, and related features that it operates or makes available. "User" includes a student, applicant, parent or guardian where applicable, educator, institution representative, administrator, counsellor, intern, visitor, or other person using an applicable service. "Institution" includes a school, college, university, educational institute, training body, or other organisation engaging with Moris AI Schools. "Third-Party Provider" means a person or entity that is not controlled by Moris AI Schools and that supplies technology, payment processing, software, hardware, communications, hosting, content, assessment, certification support, internship opportunities, or another external service.

03

Purpose and Scope

This Policy governs projects, assignments, portfolios, presentations, code, designs, reports, research, prompts, datasets, media, comments, submissions, and other material created, uploaded, shared, displayed, or submitted by Users in connection with Moris AI Schools.

Records may be retained for the period reasonably necessary for education administration, legal compliance, dispute handling, fraud prevention, security, audit, or another lawful purpose, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Where an Institution participates, its authorised representatives are responsible for acting within their authority and for communicating applicable requirements to students, staff, parents, guardians, or other persons for whom the Institution is responsible.

04

Ownership of Student Work

Students generally retain ownership of original work they lawfully create, subject to pre-existing rights, third-party licences, institutional arrangements, collaborative contributions, and any written project terms accepted for a specific program.

Where an Institution participates, its authorised representatives are responsible for acting within their authority and for communicating applicable requirements to students, staff, parents, guardians, or other persons for whom the Institution is responsible.

Moris AI Schools may apply proportionate restrictions, additional verification, corrective steps, or other measures where there is a reasonable basis to believe that the applicable rule has been breached.

05

Licence Needed to Operate the Service

When content is submitted through the platform, the User grants the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, store, reproduce, format, transmit, review, assess, moderate, back up, and display that content for educational, administrative, security, compliance, and support purposes.

Moris AI Schools may apply proportionate restrictions, additional verification, corrective steps, or other measures where there is a reasonable basis to believe that the applicable rule has been breached.

A decision made under this Policy may take account of severity, intent, recurrence, impact, available evidence, safeguarding considerations, prior warnings, contractual commitments, and requirements imposed by applicable law.

06

Originality and Authority to Submit

A User must have the rights, permissions, and authority required to submit content. Content must not unlawfully copy another person's work, disclose confidential information without authority, misuse personal data, infringe intellectual property, or falsely identify authorship.

A decision made under this Policy may take account of severity, intent, recurrence, impact, available evidence, safeguarding considerations, prior warnings, contractual commitments, and requirements imposed by applicable law.

The fact that Moris AI Schools reviews, moderates, stores, transmits, or administratively processes material does not by itself mean that Moris AI Schools authored, endorsed, adopted, or independently verified that material.

07

Collaborative Projects

Where multiple contributors participate, each contributor remains responsible for respecting the rights of the others. Submission by one team member must not be treated as authority to transfer ownership belonging to another contributor unless that authority actually exists.

The fact that Moris AI Schools reviews, moderates, stores, transmits, or administratively processes material does not by itself mean that Moris AI Schools authored, endorsed, adopted, or independently verified that material.

Where a matter involves another provider or Institution, Moris AI Schools may coordinate with that party where lawful and reasonably necessary, but each party remains responsible for obligations allocated to it by law and contract.

08

Assessment and Academic Review

Moris AI Schools may review submissions for assessment, moderation, academic integrity, quality assurance, verification, safeguarding, security, and compliance. Review does not mean that Moris AI Schools adopts, endorses, guarantees, or assumes ownership of the submission.

Application of this rule depends on the relevant service, the role of the person involved, the records available, and any specific written terms accepted for that activity.

09

Publication, Showcasing and Case Studies

Public use of identifiable student work, testimonials, project extracts, images, recordings, or portfolio material requires an appropriate legal basis, permission, or written arrangement where required. Internal educational review is distinct from public promotional use.

Application of this rule depends on the relevant service, the role of the person involved, the records available, and any specific written terms accepted for that activity.

Moris AI Schools may request reasonable information or evidence where this is necessary to administer the service, protect Users, verify compliance, investigate a concern, or meet a legal obligation.

10

Removal, Correction and Retention

Moris AI Schools may remove, restrict, preserve, or retain content where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, academic records, dispute handling, security, fraud prevention, safeguarding, or enforcement. A deletion request remains subject to lawful retention obligations.

Moris AI Schools may request reasonable information or evidence where this is necessary to administer the service, protect Users, verify compliance, investigate a concern, or meet a legal obligation.

Users must provide information that is accurate, current, and not misleading, and must promptly correct a material error where continued reliance on that error could affect rights, eligibility, safety, payment, assessment, or administration.

11

Confidential and Institutional Information

Students and institution users must not place confidential business information, restricted institutional data, examination material, personal records, passwords, credentials, or protected datasets into projects unless authorised and appropriate safeguards are in place.

Users must provide information that is accurate, current, and not misleading, and must promptly correct a material error where continued reliance on that error could affect rights, eligibility, safety, payment, assessment, or administration.

No internal process should be interpreted as preventing a person from exercising a non-waivable statutory right or contacting a competent authority where applicable law provides that right.

12

Third-Party Materials and Open Licences

Third-party code, images, datasets, publications, models, templates, libraries, and other resources must be used according to their licences and attribution requirements. Availability online does not mean unrestricted reuse is permitted.

No internal process should be interpreted as preventing a person from exercising a non-waivable statutory right or contacting a competent authority where applicable law provides that right.

Records may be retained for the period reasonably necessary for education administration, legal compliance, dispute handling, fraud prevention, security, audit, or another lawful purpose, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

13

Complaints and Rights Claims

A person who believes submitted content infringes rights may contact legal@morismedia.com with sufficient information to identify the material, explain the claimed right, and provide supporting evidence. Moris AI Schools may restrict access while a claim is reviewed.

Where an Institution participates, its authorised representatives are responsible for acting within their authority and for communicating applicable requirements to students, staff, parents, guardians, or other persons for whom the Institution is responsible.

14

Third-Party Services and Dependencies

Moris AI Schools may use or refer to third-party websites, learning systems, AI tools, cloud services, APIs, payment processors, communications providers, hardware, software, devices, instruments, laboratories, vendors, internship hosts, or other external services. Unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise, those third parties remain responsible for their own products, systems, warranties, licences, availability, security, performance, support, pricing, data practices, and contractual terms. A reference, integration, demonstration, recommendation, or technical connection does not transfer the third party's obligations to Moris AI Schools.

15

Educational and Outcome Limitations

Educational services depend on participation, eligibility, attendance, assessment, conduct, technology, institutional requirements, third-party availability, and other circumstances. Moris AI Schools does not guarantee admission, academic results, marks, certification, internship selection, stipend, employment, placement, income, business results, technology performance, or any other outcome unless a specific written agreement expressly provides that guarantee and the guarantee is lawful under applicable law.

16

Payments and Refund-Related Matters

Where a payment-related issue is relevant to this Policy, the dedicated Fees, Payments, Cancellations & Refund Policy controls. Subject to mandatory applicable law, refund requests are generally limited to the applicable seven-day period stated in that policy. A person who submits fake, forged, altered, misleading, or materially incomplete documents, commits fraud or misrepresentation, or materially violates applicable rules may be ineligible for a refund to the extent permitted by applicable law. Payments made independently to an unauthorised third party do not automatically constitute payment to Moris AI Schools.

17

Compliance with Applicable Law

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. If a provision conflicts with a mandatory requirement of applicable law, the mandatory requirement applies to the extent of that conflict and the remaining provisions continue to operate to the fullest extent permitted. References to United States identify the jurisdictional variable used for publication and localisation and do not, by themselves, create a representation that every service is available in every location.

18

Records, Cooperation and Investigations

Moris AI Schools may maintain and review records reasonably necessary to administer this Policy, investigate suspected violations, respond to complaints, protect Users, establish transactions, preserve academic integrity, meet contractual duties, or comply with applicable law. Users and Institutions must not knowingly destroy, falsify, conceal, manipulate, or fabricate relevant evidence. Cooperation requests must remain proportionate to the issue and subject to applicable privacy and legal requirements.

Where a matter involves another provider or Institution, Moris AI Schools may coordinate with that party where lawful and reasonably necessary, but each party remains responsible for obligations allocated to it by law and contract.

Application of this rule depends on the relevant service, the role of the person involved, the records available, and any specific written terms accepted for that activity.

19

Enforcement and Proportionate Measures

Where Moris AI Schools reasonably determines that this Policy has been breached, it may take proportionate measures permitted by the applicable terms and applicable law. Measures may include a warning, request for correction, content restriction, additional verification, suspension, removal from an activity, withholding of a decision pending review, termination, preservation of records, or referral to an Institution, provider, regulator, or competent authority where appropriate.

20

Policy Relationship and Conflicts

This Policy forms part of the Moris AI Schools legal framework. If a specific signed agreement, statement of work, program term, institutional contract, or mandatory provision of applicable law conflicts with this Policy, the more specific or legally controlling provision applies to the extent of the conflict. The remaining provisions continue in effect.
